Horizon has developed a Whole Person Assessment & Development System (GideonSoft) that overlays on existing operations to seamlessly and unobtrusively capture behavior and other performance measures that leadership will find useful in making operational decisions. We recommend implementing GideonSoft on a mature Air Force mission qualification pilot training course in order to demonstrate a Whole Pilot performance model. By customizing the data collection process to meet the specific needs for this program the quality and timeliness of data will increase. This will allow leaders to better monitor individual and unit performance. A biproduct is meaningful information that experts can use to analyze trends and predict performance.
