Who are we:

Mission-Ready Adaptive Courseware Ecosystem (MACE). Leverage student pilot/WSO data and combine with their performance during their FTU/RTU experience. Uses AI to reduce instructor workload by taking care of the mundane tasks freeing-up instructors to focus on the art of Combat Aviation. This performance data management system takes in and combines data from multiple channels: CBT, Live Courses, ITDs, Simulators, and even sorties. Provides a 360-view of the student and provides learning accelerators based on individual and aggregate (aka trend analysis) performance. Currently in use at 19AF. IL4 environment right now. Funding from this challenge will extend it to IL6 to accommodate academics and training at above CUI level.
