One-to-one instruction is the gold standard of training; however, it is cost-prohibitive. Intelligent, adaptive tutoring can provide many benefits of a human instructor and increase learning gains in the same or less instructional time. The MASTER system is a generalized adaptation module that supports content creation, storage, and ease of use from any instructional system, and applies proven advanced intelligent algorithms to determine student mastery and content difficulty based on performance results. MASTER then recommends appropriate adaptations to subsequent content and AAR to the instructor/student, as well as advanced analysis of student mastery and content performance, identifying content efficacy for the instructional pipeline.
